I placed an order, has my order been sent yet ?

 

All items are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing your order, during business hours. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it will be sent out on the next business day. We are closed on public holidays, so please take this into account when placing an order. If you need it urgently, please contact our support.

How can I sign in to my account?

 

To sign into your account, simply use the My Account link which can be found in the footer at the bottom of our website. If you have any other troubles, Please send a message via "contact us" and we’ll get back to you within 24 business hours.

How can I use my discount code?

 

If you are signed up to our mailing list, you will occasionally receive promotional codes to be used on our website for a discount. Codes are case sensitive so please ensure you enter the code in exactly as it is given to you. Only one promotional code can be used for each order.

What is your privacy Policy?

 

Your privacy is critically important to us. At Switsst, we have a few fundamental principles. We don’t ask for personal information unless we truly need it. We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products or protect our rights. We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

On-sale item.

 

No change-of-mind refunds on sale items. From time to time we might run promotions that have different return conditions. See our T&Cs for any current promotions.

I entered the wrong shipping address, how do I change it?

 

Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. it may not always be possible for us to amend your order details, so please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. We will verify the information as soon as possible and replace the goods for you as soon as possible, and we will bear the resulting shipping costs.

The picture is different from the actual color.

 

This is normal. Because of the light source when taking the photo, there may be a little color difference between the actual item and the photo. Please place an order carefully before purchasing.

Can I return my order?

 

Yes, but you will bear all the resulting costs, unless the purchased product has quality issues. Please contact our customer service first before you sending back, and please apply within 14 days, beyond 14 days we only agree to exchange.
